Proxies seem to be dead/not working?

First of all let's check whether the proxies are connecting to your PC/RDP. It can be checked by testing on the below linked Proxy Tester. Remember that you need to change the site in the tool to yahoo.com : Tester Link

If the result comes as ${color}#188e10 then it means the proxy is connecting fine with your system and if it comes ${color}#dd2727 that means there is an Auth issue. In case of fail, check the IP that you have whitelisted on Kocerroxy website is correct by going to https://whatismyipaddress.com/.

If the result comes as OK and the proxies are still not working for your task, it could mean that the target site may have banned the pool.

We have a strict no refund policy. For new users, we have the trial option to buy from the trial bundle tab. For old users, they can buy the smallest plans to try the proxies out. No refund policy also includes that bought plans cannot be converted to credits.

I have paid for my order but it still shows pending?

Accepted Answer

A pending invoice means that your order is waiting for confirmation on the blockchain network. Once the required number of confirmations are reached, the plan will be allocated to you and will be found in your dashboard.

I have paid for my order but receiving underpayment error.

Accepted Answer

Underpayment error is when the amount you had sent does not match the amount expected by the system. It can happen due to the customer not including the transaction fees or due to the volatility of the cryptocurrency. In such a case, kindly share your username and the crypto address to which you sent the money in the live support and wait for a response.
