I have paid for my order but it still shows pending?
A pending invoice means that your order is waiting for confirmation on the blockchain network. Once the required number of confirmations are reached, the plan will be allocated to you and will be found in your dashboard.

Do you offer refund?
We have a strict no refund policy. For new users, we have the trial option to buy from the trial bundle tab. For old users, they can buy the smallest plans to try the proxies out. No refund policy also includes that bought plans cannot be converted to credits.

I have paid for my order but receiving underpayment error.
Underpayment error is when the amount you had sent does not match the amount expected by the system. It can happen due to the customer not including the transaction fees or due to the volatility of the cryptocurrency. In such a case, kindly share your username and the crypto address to which you sent the money in the live support and wait for a response.
